responsible 40 y/o male looking for a room for a minimum six month lease. i generally work out of state and am in need of a place to call home while in town to visit with my kids. i am in retail construction (building grocery stores) so my work takes me out of state 75% of the time. i am usually off for about 1-2 months between stores, so i would be around periodicall. my kids would not be at house due to an extreme peanut allergy and i just can't take the chance of exposure with my daughter. i am a clean and tidy person who loves to cook. i'm not a huge party person though i do enjoy a good drink. i do not do drugs and carry no baggage or drama. very friendly and sociable. hope to hear from someone soon. also i'm extremely handy around the house.
