i am a single 50yr old women who is resently seperated and getting a nice divorce no drama. i am looking for a nice simple room i have bedroom furniture of my own my bed is a full size bed . i have a nice car small need parking don't want to pay for parking or prefer not to park on street my car has been hit by parking on the street. i have a modest income. and need low rent. would like to have access to cable tv and internet and utilities included. i am extremely quiet person friendly and very neat. i like to cook and clean . i am not snoopy and would be conciderate of your privacy. my quest would be limited as i am still debating dateing and i have 5 grown kids so they may come over to check on me. i am very outgoing and would like to make some new friends. i work on west lake and 130 so location is good if it is somewhere from downtown to north seattle i don't like to drive south past downtown and don't want on the other side of the river . i like to go out to karaokie to so that could be good if there is somewhere close but i have a car so not a must.
as i do not want to pay the toll this year. thank you for your time and consideration of my post hope by july i have found a new home and maybe a new friend.
