hi there my name is quinton and i am moving back to portland for the winter, i am looking for a good size room preferably not a basement to occupy for the winter, maybe longer if its fitting. i like extreme sports and travel for work . so i am gone a good amount. but when i am home i am home i like to be comfortable and enjoy a clean positive surrounding. i am however not opposed in any way to loud noise or bands practicing or music playing, noise helps me sleep. so with that if you have this available please contact me to set up a screening. thank you :)
