i am looking for a room to rent in the winter park, fl, or orlando, fl area. i am busy most of the day due to the fact i work 2-3 jobs. i get along with just about everybody, as long as we have communicated what needs to be taken care of concerning the household level, and your hours that you work. i am a recent grad in the video game art and design field, so i have to be ready to move when a job is willing to relocate me. this is why i only need a room for about 6 months to a year, with no leasing involved. i am basically a neat person with my space and the other facilities that we share. i have no pets, my 2 pugs past away of old age, and i never replaced them due to work schedule. but i love pets of all kinds. i am responsible with rent and splitting utilities. i don't require a lot of attention, unless you like talking when i am around. i am handy around the house and with cars if need be (light stuff).
