hello my name is lauren, i am 23 years old and i currently live on the lower eastside jn manhattan. i have been living here for the past 2 years and i am looking for a room to rent because my current apartment is overcrowded so im just looking for my own space. i work full time as a nanny in harlem monday through friday from 9am to 7pm so im rarely home. i dont really party much unless its a special occasion. i dont like to play any loud music or have company over im kinda to myself most of the time and like to be alone. im very clean when it comes to hygiene and basic house cleaning. i do cook and i dont mind cooking for others. i like to live a space that is clean with no rodents and i always clean up after myself and i would expect the same in return. i make a decent amount of money and i am never late when it comes to rent.
