interested in western dupage and east kane county:due to job problems i am selling my home and looking for a month-to-month rental situation, or possibly 3 to 4 months at a time. deposit ok. background check okay. credit check will find the short sale on it, but otherwise no serious debt. i am quiet, polite, very clean. prefer kitchen privileges as i prepare most of my own meals. i also prefer a quiet home, pets ok, but loud music, parties, etc. are not my thing.
i am age 59, physically fit, nice guy, 3 grandkids. would be willing to exchange chores, fix up tasks for a more favorable rent. i currently work in the building trades, and there is little i can't handle in the way of repairs. i prefer a female roommate, but open to all suggestions.
