hi everyone my name is brendan teeven and i am 23 years old working in nyc. i am renting out a room in my apartment which is on 5th and washington street (downtown main street hoboken. rent is $1500 a month (flexible lease) and i have the living area and kitchen furnished. the apartment is newly renovated with a marble countertop and stainless steel appliances. we are located on the main street of hoboken with all the restaurants and bars right outside our door. to get to the city there is the 126 bus (right outside our front door) which will get you to port authority in 15 mins and the path is a 10 minute walk. the apartment is furnished except for the bedroom. i am 23 years old and work in technology. i have a couple friends in hoboken and we go out on the weekends and are always open to new friends joining, but during the week i am pretty low key. i really enjoy sports and movies. feel free to reach out so we can exchange fbs or linkedins and plan for you to see the place.
