hello rentors my name is elizabeth gibson, i am couch surfing in clackamas, oregon but i really want to move to hillsboro with my boyfriend so it will be two new tenants in your home, there will be two reasons for this. we figured it was more financially sensible and we can't live at his current home together and we want to be together so much and the constant overnights would make a roommate uncomfortable. we figure if we live together there both as paying roommates that we can emotionally and financially contribute great things to the house, he is good with his hands and we are both meticulas cleaners. we are dream roommates, non-judgemental. drama free he has two beautiful amazing boys so we need a child friendly place. they dont live with us but they will be coming over for visits. i feel like anything that isn't going to get in the way of us paying rent is harmless and should be disregarded. we don't drink or do drugs except i smoke outside only.
