i am a post-doctoral resident looking for a simple room to rent, while i complete my post-doctoral fellowship. i can only pay $300 for first month but will increase the amount to $500/month. if allowed, i will also pay the difference between the $300 for the first month during the second month. so for the second month i will pay $700. i don't smoke, don't have any pets, i am very clean, quiet but sociable. thanking you in advance for your consideration.
