we are a married couple looking for a room for rent so if it's for a single person please not reply.me: i get a guaranteed $674 coming in every month so rent is paid immediately upon receipt of my check every month. i am an african american and i take serious offense to segregation. i clean a lot and love animals: dogs,cats,horses,ferrets don't matter if its got fur i love them. i am not too fond of snakes yet but i am warming up to them slowly, i do not smoke and drinks occasionally but mostly at bars hardly ever at home.
him: works from home doing electronic repairs and rebuilds of home stereo amplifiers and modifies ps3,360, and wii controllers here and there. this usually brings in 100-400 a month depending on work availability. he is native and norwegian but has light skin. he spends most of his time away from home due to an active lifestyle he is outside more often then not. he also can do most home repairs including tile and drywall hole repairs. rides bicycles and plays video games. non smoker. he does drink but not a big drinker usually a beer a day if that to unwind while watching tv.
