hi- i am a 54 year old, full time employed male, easy to get along with, looking to relocate to the daly city area, or pacifica area- need a room with a private bath if possible, if not still okay preferably a private entrance, even an in-law style apartment.- i can live with either males or females- a ktichenette is preferable, refrigerator at least, stove not that important- however, it is not required, (only preferred), as long as there are kitchen privileges - i am responsible, don't do drugs or drink alcohol or smoke,- i am outgoing and respectful of others- i have been living in san mateo for close to 10 years, and have a perfect rent paying history. and a great credit score. - i prefer to pay $800.00 a month, utilities included, cable and wireless internet preferred- i am paying $700.00 now, but if you have the perfect place, i can go up to $850.00 - i will consider all options, however- let me know!!! currently, i have access to a washer and dryer as well- i have given my landlady a 90 day notice
