i am currently looking for a room to rent. i am a 45 professional male. i work for vca animal hospitals as a regional operations director. i am clean, quiet and respectful of others privacy. i am very outgoing and enjoy getting to know people. i play tennis competitively and i golf a lot. i had back surgery several months ago due to a soccer injury, so the tennis and golf are on hold for a few more months. i am a non smoker or drinker and would not be having any parties. looking for a comfortable place to stay with a roommate that is social and enjoys a good conversation now and again. i am happy to answer any questions that you may have.
