mature (52 yr old) female searching for room to rent with private bathroom and kitchen/laundry privileges or to share. quiet, non-smoker, laid back. don't mind if male or female roommate. clean/average habits esp in the common areas. i tend to spend most of my time in my room and respect other's privacy. i work normal work hours during the day. i love animals but have no pets anymore. i'm ok if you have a cat (esp if it doesn't spray or pee on my stuff- lol) don't want a dog as they take too much energy and need to be active and walked, etc...i'm great for pet sitting/house sitting if you are a traveler or an always on the go type.
