i've got a dog that is a hound/black lab mix.sometimes he gives me a headache, but he's 100% housebroken, and a good listener.
for the record: i am an honest man, but i talk more than i probably need to.
i'm trying to reduce expenses, and settle somewhere more befitting for that which i would say, 'are my 'own' (current) practical needs.' .... recently became a widower, and my current rent is too high.
