i would like a private bedroom and bath for me and my cat. i am white/hispanic. i am moderately clean, like to stay up late, may be working from my home. i like to cook when inspired. i am kind and considerate. i keep mostly to myself, just because i'm busy, but i enjoy company too. i like to watch tv, read, watch movies, and listen to country music and soft rock, but not loud. i am overweight, so i'm working on my diet and exercise plans. i am helpful and generous. i love children, so i can help out a single parent. i can live with an elderly person that is self-sufficient, but would like some companionship. i won't live with anyone that is controlling or bossy. i'd like to live in friendly co-existance. my cat doesn't tear up furniture, has never had an accident, only scratches carpet, and throws up, but i have cleaner for that. he's a totally inside cat, and will run away or ignore you.
