i am a non smoker. i have no pets. i'm looking to live near my place of work in elgin (big timber and rt 59). i'm not sure why this site only allows you to select one city and not a radius but i'll drive up to 10 miles to/from work. i'm extremely quite and clean. i pay bill early too. for the right place, i'll move quickly. also, i need high speed internet access installed (i'll cover the costs of course).

the private bath is nice to have but not a deal breaker. i'll pay a little more for a private bath and/or more private settings so, 400/month is not a firm price – i could go higher (yet more issues i have with this site).

also, i don’t mind living with a female room mate and i don’t understand why this site doesn’t allow room searchers to designate both!
