what: i'm looking for a beautiful, newly renovated condo or row house. high ceilings, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances... my ideal scenerio would be to find 2 people to move into a 3 br.
price: ideally under $1000, but i'm willing to pay up to $1200 for the perfect scenerio.
where: somewhere fun in downtown dc, walking distance from the metro. looking primarily at dupont, logan circle, u street, and maybe the west side of shaw.
when: i need to move by dec 1 latest, and can move any time before then.
me: i love to laugh and i get along with everybody. i'm a considerate roommate- i wash dishes, replace milk, etc. when i'm not working too late, i'm out eating/drinking/seeing music with friends or in reading/watching a movie/cooking with a glass of wine. sometimes i have friends over for food and booze. i'm not opposed to nor dead set on having parties, but i won't want to do it very often just because i'm too busy to plan. i like to bike, run, do yoga, go dancing. i'm generally down for any adventure in the city or outside it. my politics lean left, but i get along with conservatives, too.
