i'm a 54 year old male who is looking for a room to rent in a nice and quiet comfortable apartment. i am a friendly person but i respect others privacy. i never have overnight guests, and i am not a party person. i like peace and quiet. i am a neat person, and help clean the living area. i recieve a stable income of ssi. i am interested in going back to school to further my education. with my free time, i enjoy visiting museums, taking strolls in the park, and just enjoying the small yet beautiful things in life.

i am looking for a room to rent in a nice neighborhood where i can find peace and quiet. what i am looking for in a roommate is someone who is a respectable person, who i can share conversations with, yet we live are seperate lives and respect each others privacy. i would prefer them to be in the age range of 35 to 70.
