i'm looking for a bedroom/bathroom for a single female friend in her mid 20's with asthma (well-controlled) and animal/seasonal allergies who hopes to move soon to wake forest to pursue her masters degree while being near my husband and me; we are her like an aunt and uncle to her, but have a rather small house and are a good deal older than our friend. she needs a calm and quiet environment with space of her own, preferably sharing common areas and expenses with a female about her age, free of smoke, drugs, pets, and drama.
