i am an educator in the school system searching for a room on or around oct 1st in the tualatin/ tigard, or area. non-smoker, no drugs, i have no pets. i am willing to share a bathroom, if need be. i am a very clean and orderly personality. i am not a partier, but am very social. respectful of others space and schedules. i am able to pay $500 for rent (including utilities).
i work school hours, and alternate between being a homebody and going out to play gigs on weekends, since one of my hobbies is being a singer-songwriter. other hobbies include exercise, reading, surfing, hiking, biking, and meeting new people.
