i am a quiet person who prefers a friendly environment. i wish to have kitchen privileges including adequate space for storage of packaged foods, refrigerated foods and frozen foods. i desire space to prepare and oven and stove top to cook healthful meals. nothing extravagant needed, just the basics and clean. i prefer order and cleanliness, and will try to maintain the same. use of a common sitting area for reading or television viewing is desired, or this can be accommodated in personal space (bedroom). a private bath is not essential if a shared bath is convenient and can be kept at a mutually agreed level of cleanliness and order. bedroom should be unfurnished, or have furniture suitable to my needs for sleeping, clothes, use of my computer and printer, etc.
