myself and my best friend desperately need a place to live. we have lived together for a couple of years now. i am 33 years old female and my friend is 26 years old female. i am married to a terminally ill man who lives in an adult family home in tacoma near lakewood. on top of having to move i just found out my husband is expected to die soon and is being transferred to palliated care. for this reason we would prefer to live in peirce county if we can. we also must be at least 1 1/2 miles from a bus route. i get ssi every month and student loans. i am working on getting my bachelors in digital media production. in school for core classes i learn web design, graphic design, photography and video also known as how to make movies. my best friends cleans houses for a living and she is very good at it. for right now we are looking to find something with one room for the two of us for up to $550 a month. we have had terrible experiences with roommates so it would have to be the right drama free situation for us to live with others. we can provide an excellent referral from our last landlord. the only reason we have to move is because our roommate now wants to move his girlfriend into our room. please let us know if you know of anything. we really need help. we also each have a companion pet, a fixed cat & a 6lbs dog. please call ivy at 253-893-9879.
