current lease is up soon and roommates want to split, so i need a new place to stay. 20 years old, i'm really quiet and clean up my own messes. looking for a place in either portland or south portland, and close so a bus stop so i can get to my jobs. hoping to find a place for $500/month or less including utilities so i can save up to move to nyc next year. willing to sign a 1 year lease, but i'd prefer not to so i can move right after i get my tax returns next year or have saved up enough. either need a room or someone to look for an apt with. :)

update: my 18 y/o brother is trying to move with me, so we could afford up to $800/month between us! we should be able to fit in one room since we don't have that much stuff.
