available room looking for a responsible, mature room-mate who needs a place just sex month. i work in a school system in the sate, so, except for vacations/breaks, i am not home here in tucson m-th. no one else lives in the home, so the room-mate would have the house to themselves during the workweek. move in date preferably sometime in late july, but i am somewhat flexible on this. one bedroom (part-time), primary use of a full bathroom, and use of common areas, monthly rent would be $650.00, incl utilities, dsl/wireless, basic cable. there are a few pieces of furniture in the room-mate's space that can be removed.the house is a clean, well-maintained 3 bed/2 bath house in a quiet, safe, the neighborhood is a few miles from catalina highway and sabino canyon. riverwalk is within walking distance. neighborhood is relatively close to stores and restaurants; movie theaters, park place mall, and bookman's are maybe 10-15 minutes away.
house is 1390 sf; single-level; beige carpet throughout the living areas; tile in kitchen/baths; central a/c; gas logs fireplace; large kitchen; newer appliances incl. large washer/dryer; 2-car carport; pet door; large, walled-in shady backyard with many flowers and fruit trees; some storage areas.
room-mate would need to be a responsible, mature, non-smoking, neat adult. i am a middle-aged school professional with well-behaved dogs and a cat. i am pretty much green, liberal, and easy-going. potential room-mate would need to provide a couple of references. $300.00 deposit required. short-term rental agreement is ok. well-behaved, house-trained, pet would be possible with extra deposit.
