my name is michael kelly. i'm 26 years old. i'm not into the partying and getting wild kind of life style. for the most part i pretty much am quiet and reserved, but sociable no less. i'm seriously against doing drugs and don't generally hang around any one doing them. i don't mind parties and smoking cigeretts as long as the smoking is outside. not to down my last land lord in any bad way, but he neglected to pay off his mortgage and decided to let the house i'm at go to foreclosure. today is the final day to vacate according to the realestate agency (windermere and fanny mae). i'm looking for a room for rent on a month to month basis and can afford between $350.00-$450.00 per month. i'm mostly hoping for a residency period of between 4 and 6 months in order to find an apartment. to be short and simple, i have only a few standard sized boxes and even fewer loose ends. nothing major. on one last personal note, i'm pretty easy to get along with since i'm open minded to opinions and i follow rules and expectations, but i will gladly ask questions if i truly feel i must. i hope that i may prove to be a good and responsible roommate.
