i just moved to sea in november - and i am now realizing how frickin' expensive it is to live here.

i am hoping to get a 3br/2ba place somewhere in west/south sea (or if possible downtown), so i have a spare bedroom for my daughter.
note: my daughter only visits every other weekend, so she is not a full time roomie.

assuming i pay a larger % of the rent, perhaps we could look at something which would rent for roughly $2,500.....with me paying $1,500 and you paying $1,000 (or something close to that, as $1,500/month is my "max.").

please let me know if you might be interested in teaming up to make something happen?
