I've been to Seattle 3x, am 27, and have some friends in the area. I love to cook, create art, listen to my records, and be outdoors. I'm really neat in my own and communal spaces, and I am down for the occasional pint. Essentially, I'm relaxed and don't party really hard. I'm looking at a 1 bed 1 bath for myself unless I find a roommate, then I would be willing to split rent at like $2500-$3000 for 2 people, meaning we both pay $1250-$1500. I would like my own bathroom but it is not a requirement by any means! I'm taking my prius and bike up. I would like a unit with its own washer/dryer, dishwasher, windows, and a controlled access garage for my jalopy!
