i am almost 26, energy aware, spiritual and seeking like-minded roommates either in or around seattle.375-400 with utlities included. my limited budget cannot afford higher rent with utilities as extra.
i am an artist who also draws, paints, and sculpts and who is also a model, who is looking to advance in her artistic endeavors - and begin selling her work. i do not require too much space, but i like to cook fresh food.
i clean up after myself, am responsible and pay my rent on time. however i cannot bring you first, last, and a deposit due to never being able to save any money.
i can provide documentation of disabled status (medicaid/ssi payments) and answer any and all questions. i am willing to provide references and pass a background check.
