i am relocating to seattle for full time work. the work site will be near pike market place. my targeted move in date is sat., july 19, 2014. i'm flexible re whether it is furnished but not the move-in date. won't have car with me for 3+ months, so need to be close to a bus line that can take me to the work site efficiently. won't be at home that often. was mainly looking for a private room for month to month that was furnished but it's fine if it isn't. no drug use/420 or party house. will be working at office most evenings.

i can also provide proof of income, and copies of a recent credit/criminal background check completed yesterday by another apt. complex. i'm available for a skype or video phone call. i can sign, drop off the rent/deposit upon moving into the unit. will not be paying for another background/application fee.
