hello,

my name is gerald and i'm interested in a room for rent.

i'm presently employed as a technical support specialist in west seattle and staying with a friend in sammamish for the time being but it's only a 1-bedroom and i'm sleeping on a hide-a-bed in the living room.

close to a year ago i was laid off at clearwire llc following a buyout of the company by sprint. folloing that, i was unable to afford the 2 bedroom apartment i was in and had to ask a friend for help. my credit is damaged as a result of the financial stress from being out of work, but now that i am employed again, i'm able to be responsible and get back on my feet.

i enjoy doing yard work and minor repairs around the house when needed, am clean and respectful, and am looking for a place in the seattle metro area to rent.

i'm hoping i can find a place within the next month.
