hello, my name is michael kelly. i'm 26 years old and am looking for a temporary (4-6 month) room to rent. i have no pets, but love animals equally, have a few standard sized boxes (12 plus some loose odds and ends), i am not into drugs/alcohol, i don't smoke any thing (but i don't mind others smoking as long as either i'm not around or it's out side [if some one smokes inside, i will be either be in my room or outside to be polite]), and i don't do big parties. i have friends, but i don't usually invite many over, and i am some what martial arts oriented in exercising respect and self dissapline. i don't mean to down my former landlord in any bad way, but he neglected to pay up on his mortgage and the house i'm at for the remainder of today went to foreclosure. today is unfortunately the last day to vacate the premesis so i am in a little but of a pinch. on the upside, i hope that i may have the opportunity to prove my self to be a good and responsible tenant. lastly, i am a fairly neat and clean person, so i am fully aquainted with doing any thing from menial chores to house repair depending on whether it be damage by hand or just wear&tear.
