hello everyone and thank you for your time!

i am a down to earth professional women looking for a room to rent. a little something you may want to know right away in considering me over the others you see today is that i'm looking for a room for rent for a least one year (more or less can be worked out). i have references, have a clean record and clean up after myself. the room i'm looking for i'd like to have these must's.

i'd like the room to have the following:
-laundry in the place
-place for my bicycle
-be okay with me being a clean experimenting vegan chef (trying my stuff is welcomed too! :)
-high speed internet

i'd like to pay 500 for everything a month (utilities included in this price) and can let you know any other questions you may have. some other these thing i have said can be discussed. i hope i haven't made you run away yet, i'm really an excellent roommate that you won't regret, i clean up after myself and love pets! hope to hear from you soon!
