hi my name is austin. my girlfriend and i are looking for a sublet or room for rent to move into immediately! i am 21 and she is 18. we are respectful, clean, and quiet. neither of us drink or do drugs. we also have a young german shepherd puppy that would be moving in with us. she is a very well behaved puppy and is kennel-trained. we both work full time in seattle and have steady income. we are looking for a nice housemate(s), who are clean, drama free, and also employed. we do not have a vehicle yet, and take public transportation to work so a place near bus routes is important. my girlfriend works in view ridge and i work in greenwood, so we are trying to locate a place in north seattle, and semi-close to these areas
