my name is megan =)i am 25 years old and relocating to the peninsula area for a full time job. i am looking for 2-3 roommates (males or females) that are similar to me and i can be friends with.
a little bit about me: i enjoy working out, socializing with friends, drinking wine, watching movies, travelling, and coffee.
what i am looking for: my job is located in san mateo, so i would prefer to live in a town close to there but not as far as sf. ideally, i am looking for a house within walking distance to a cute downtown area with restaurants and local places. an apartment would be okay, but a house would be preferable. during the week, i would want to be low key due to work, but on the weekends i enjoy going out and doing fun activities. i want to live with people who are clean, responsible, pays bills on time, wants to hangout occassionally, not super loud, respectful, fun, friendly, and knows the value of hard work. i would love a place with a washer/dryer inside or a hook up for that, as well as convenient parking. i am looking in the price range of $800-1100.
