hi,

my name is chris. i am 31, a full time student online. i am an english major and will be going back and getting my master's next year. i am laid back, nice and friendly. i like to hang out and chat, as well get serious and do school work. i do not party or invite people overnight. i am not 420 friendly, nor do i do any other drugs. i drink socially and only in moderation.

i have a cat. she is 6, fully indoor. only uses her litter box. she is fully declawed. she was bullied and i rescued her. she does not like other cats due to this. please don't ask me to lock her in her room all day. we need a home not a prison.

i need a place asap. this can mean june or july 1st. i need the rent pro rated for june. i need someone to work with me on a deposit. i recently got scammed and it used up my savings. i'm having to make due with what i have left.

i am a student, i have financial aid and unemployment currently as income. i will be getting a full time job once i get moved to san diego. please keep this in mind.
