i am looking for a roommate who is responsible, respectful, reliable, clean, and honest.i am a quiet person who generally keeps to herself. i work m-f 8-5 and require someone who respects my need for uninterrupted sleep (9pm-6am weeknights). that means no loud parties or drinking. parties are ok on weekends, on an occasional basis.
i don't mind guests as long as they are also responsible and respectful.
if you own a pet, or thinking of owning a pet, i require that you take care of them. that includes cleaning their messes immediately. i can't stand living in filth or cluttered environments.
