i'm newly divorced and on my own.
my place is too small to rent out, and with my student loans, i'm struggling. i have a full apartments worth of furnishings. if its not needed, i would just need a space to store it.
i work mon-fri till 3, and i usually stay to myself. i'm looking for a place to live till i can be on my own again, or find another place to rent with friends.
i don't smoke, and can't really live in a place where there is smoking. besides 420.
i do have a cat. i don't mind living with someone male or female.
