Introduction

I am as quiet and clean 59 year old woman who has lived in Sacramento since 1988. I have lived with a female housemate for over three years, and need to to relocate because the house is being old.

Additional Information

I tend to spend a good deal of time to myself while working on the computer or going out to eat or to have coffee and do crosswords puzzles. I'm not unfriendly, and don't avoid anyone on purpose. I am looking for a place on the ground floor, with hardwood floors since I use a motorized whee;chair for outdoor travel (I don't want to track up anyone's carpet). I am happily mobile indoors, though. I hope to find a room in a house with a private bathroom (as I have now) in a quiet neighborhood. I am not ever late on the rent or utility payments, don't smoke or do drugs, and keep all common areas clean.
