38, single mom, with my 15 yr old daughter, need a room to rent, we'll share of course. we're friendly, outgoing, helpful, considerate...and trying to get our lives back to normal... we have been through alot in the past year, due to unfortunate circumstances were starting over... i would ideally like to stay in the south area to stay close to my daughters school, she has made excellent progress, considering. i don't want this transition to be disruptive to her focus, sense of security. i realize that might not happen though. we also have a small cat that we inherited after my mom passed away. so there is a sentimental attachment. the kitty is shy, and if she isn't with
y daughter she is hiding, so she is barely noticeable. no fleas/potty issues. seems alot to take on but were pretty quiet. to know us is to love us.
