hello. my name is chase and i am a 35 year old single male. i have lived in garner all of my life. i was rehired to work for a company where i previously worked for seven years. the company recently changed it's name as well as it's location with the new owner. i am in need of a place to live that is near the area. i am laid back and quiet, i clean up after myself, and i don't mind fixing things around the house. i am fairly easy to get along with and i love animals and children but do not have either. i will not be inviting many people over or partying all night, however if you do that is your business. i will hang out if i am invited to do so, but mainly keep to my self. my job starts soon so i am in a bit of a rush to get this taken care of. i am ready to move in immediately and have cash today.
