rent can be up to $350 a month max., and i must have free utilities.where i live needs to be not more than a block from the city busline.
i will be attending yavapai college in spring 2011, with my goal being to get a 2-yr. certificate in graphic design.
i work part time doing computer graphics and data entry for an organization that helps the poor in this city.
in the past i have worked as a graphics/typography proofreader, secretary, typesetter, retreat center/hotel manager, magazine editor, spiritual counselor, and nonmedical caregiver.
i am also an artist; plus i write articles on the internet about spirituality and psychology.
i am looking for female roommate(s), only.
i don't need kitchen access, as i keep to myself a lot and so the ideal would be to have a private entrance and to have my own kitchenette area in my own room
it'd be nice if you have laundry room access, and if you have a computer/internet access i can use sometimes (although i could and may buy myself a laptop).
i am a peaceful person and very easy to get along with. i am 59 years old, although i look like i'm in my early thirties.
i'd prefer a place that has a sundeck, patio, backyard, and/or forest area, as i like to sit outside and meditate and enjoy nature a lot.
i don't have any pets, but i don't mind if you have pets, as i do love animal, especially cats.
i prefer to live with someone who doesn't smoke, drink, take drugs or have any types of mental illnesses.
i am a unity church christian and have strong moral values, and so i prefer to live with those who are on a spiritual path who have strong moral values, are honest, and who don't sleep around a lot and have wild parties, if you know what i mean.
i like things clean and neat, yet i am not overly picky about this, either; and so i prefer a roommate who isn't a neatness freak yet who isn't overly sloppy, either, just sort of middle of the road with it.
