hello, i am a 63-year-old female with 5-pound companion dog looking for a studio or 1 bedroom apt, or the right roommate to share a place with. need private bath. prefer female roommate that is clean, considerate, respectful, non-smoking, non-drinking (alcohol) except in occasional social situations. no drugs, no drama. want a peaceful and quiet environment (no stereo base thumping or blaring tv) tv is ok with normal volume and normal family noise is fine. we must be compatible. i'm upbeat and positive and prefer my roommate to be, too. i get up early and do qi-gong and meditation so noise in the morning would not work for me. i work part time and often take my companion dog with me to work. when home, i write, sew, and catch up on housework. i'm very independent, and social, so i desire a roommate that is independent as well. would love to be friends and hang out together sometimes but i have a busy life of my own. please email if interested and tell me about yourself. thank you!
