hi!

my name is eric reiman, i'm 23 years old and a recent college grad. i'm moving to portland because i got a job in camas, wa. my job starts in august but i'd be happy to start renting sometime in july. i enjoy singing and was in the wsu vocal jazz choir when i was a student, i am also trying to learn piano and spanish in my spare time (i have headphones for my keyboard so no practice noise). i enjoy going to happy hour, doing karaoke, playing bocce ball and board games such as settlers of catan or risk or chess. i also enjoy exercising and i'll be working 40 hours a week so you won't have to worry about me being late with the rent or anything like that. i'm easy to get along with, clean but not irrationally so and i enjoy a sense of community in my living arrangement (this being said i'm not the clingy room mate type so don't worry). i am also a pretty big movie nerd, but i don't really watch tv besides some sports and game of thrones. i'm an easy person to get along with because i'm very respectful and conscious of the space and feelings of others. i like to have wholesome fun, i might try to talk you into riding bikes or playing chess with me on occasion. i just want to live with people that can clean up after themselves and value positive communication. i'll be new to the area so i'm trying to get a feel for portland and live with some nice people in the process. i can give references or give you a link to my facebook, whatever you need to have confidence that i'm not a crazy person.

i am not into drugs / excessive drinking, i like to laugh and make others laugh as well. i am not a huge partier and i don't know many people around portland so i'll be going out mostly as opposed to having people over. if you have a room / house and are looking for a professional, respectful and open minded room mate, i'm your guy!
