i'm 26 and a student at mt. hood community college. i just got a job in beaverton. right now it is temp-to-hire, meaning that if all goes well, it will become a permanent position.

i like all kinds of music, but most of the time i listen to alternative rock. i can be messy at times, but i am working on changing that, and i do keep the common areas clean.

the price range i am looking for is between $200 and $400 a month, plus utilities. i do have a clean criminal background, but my credit is less than stellar, due to unemployment for almost a year. i do have money saved up for first month's rent and a security deposit.

i drink socially, meaning that i drink when i am out with friends. i don't do drugs, and i don't smoke. i am usually quiet, especially at night, since i respect your sleep schedule.
