hi there! my name is ashley. originally from texas, my two miniature schnauzers and i moved to portland memorial day weekend. we are looking for a nice house that loves it when people say "y'all" or "fixin to". i'm 26, a white collar professional, but i still eat pb&js at work. i work for a recruiting firm downtown and don't mind a commute as long as it is (hopefully) under one hour, but i'd be willing to make an exception for an excellent house with awesome roommates :) i only smoke cigarettes outdoors. i'm also a harry potter nut, and an ex- speech and debater on the collegiate level. i love to laugh and have a good time, and am not a fan of grumps. have i mentioned that my dogs are way cool? my eldest (kingsley) is my baby, and he's pretty much the most handsome thing to ever walk this earth on 4 legs (mainly because he wears a bow tie most days). my youngest (ginny) is a 8 pound firecracker, but everyone loves her. i use public transit so i need to be by a bus line or max station. i'm socially liberal, but kind of fiscally conservative. i always pay my rent on time and on a separate, unrelated note, i enjoy long walks on the beach and romantic candlelit dinners. i don't do one night stands, so you won't be making pancakes and coffee for any undesirables. if you think that this would be a good fit, please let me know as soon as you deem fit.

i need the house to have all wood floors, at least my room and common areas have wood floors. laminate or concrete floors work as well. a washer and dryer on site would be lovely!
