hi! my husky-mix and i are looking for a room to rent in a progressive and vibrant home. we are open to any number of roommates.about nate: employed part-time as a computer database consultant. i enjoy the outdoors, organic gardening and i'm hoping to build my own tiny house this next year! i keep pretty regular hours, i'm not a big partier, and i'm pretty handy around the house.
about gypsy: i've had her since she was 8 weeks old, and she's traveled all over the country with me several times. she is super well-behaved, and is a doll with other animals. we'd prefer to move into a house with another friendly dog.
about our ideal living situation: somewhat close to the irvington neighborhood would be ideal... think ne 21st and broadway. a good dog-park nearby would be ideal, or a fenced yard with another dog. i adore intentional community and sharing meals. also ideal would be a place to perhaps garden this spring and possibly some room for a small building project.
i'd like to spend about $400-$500 for rent+utilities... i'd consider more, especially if there were space to work on a tiny house project!
