greetings! my name is lori and i am in search of a single room to rent! i'm a youthful-minded, single 53 yr old woman newly returned from 2 yrs in so cal after 20 yrs in the sellwood area where i raised my son. i produce indie films (my passion) & work at a construction co. by day. i have a wonderful 8 yr old pomeranian named karma who is my best friend & devoted companion ~ adored by everyone he meets & long housebroken. i am a light outdoor smoker, don't use/care about others' smoking materials. i am a fairly healthy eater, pretty social but more away from home these days. i have guests in & drink occasionally at home, but both are rare. i am pretty neat, clean & responsible, but not obsessive about things. i am outgoing, open-minded & honest & appreciate this in others also, as i do a mutual respect for personal space & belongings, of course. i'm not religious or political, just a pretty casual lady with artistic sensibilities & view of the world, though my practicality, on the other hand, makes me great at business. ha ha!if i sound like a good tenant/roommate for your space & peeps, please contact me via email or phone and we can arrange to meet, see the space & talk in person. i need to rent a room for an early to mid-may move-in, but its not exact; just got screwed out of room-for-rent by a strange bi-polar lady..making this move urgent & unexpected as i'd just moved in 3 weeks ago! it's very amicable, but definitely for the best!
