i'm 24 years old, i just recently moved back to portland after a prolonged period back home in central wa after college. i have no intention of going back there so i'm looking for a hopefully long term residence. i work at einsteins on 23rd and lovejoy, typically the early shift (4:30 am - noon-ish) so i'm up early but usually very quiet in the mornings. i don't mind other people making noise as while attended ai portland i lived next to pge park on burnside (football & soccer games all the time) so i can literally sleep through a freight train. as long as you aren't blaring an air raid siren outside the door most noise is fine (not to mention i usually sleep with headphones/music on.) financially i make 400+ every 2 weeks so i shouldn't have an issue covering rent and what not. (should also note that i'm looking not-so-aggressively for a job with better pay and stable hours but i wont be quitting einsteins until i've secured another job.)

on a more personal level, i am a very quiet person until i get to know you and feel comfortable around you. this in part comes from me being transgender (female to male) and my struggles with it, but i am working on that of course. i enjoy cooking and i'm honestly a giant geek. typically you'll find me watching some sort of epic tv show (got, vikings, oitnb, etc.) or movie on netflix or hbogo; reading a book; or fiddling about on my computer (i do graphic design on the side sometimes to supplement my income) whether it be work, gaming, or just social networking. i'm trying to become more active in my life for personal reasons so i may go on walks/hikes/bike rides occasionally. hoping to find a gym somewhere to get into but that can wait. i'm an all around animal lover (except for chickens) and i have a cat, i dare say he wont be moving in with me right away as he's still back home in wa, but i hope to bring him down soon. he's super friendly and does reasonably well with other animals (not too sure about bigger dogs?) his only issue is that he's a professional escape artist and craves with an fiery passion to be outside (he spent his early life out doors but after i adopted him he became an indoor cat as there were vicious dogs, coyotes, and mountain lions that roamed the area.) other than that i'm a pretty clean person but not ocd about it, you may find my room mildly messy from time to time but outside of that i usually pickup after myself. not 100% sure on my aspirations in life it's a 50/50 between attending training to be a professional tattoo artist or attending oci to get into the culinary field.
