about me: i'm a professional male in my late 30s. i have an established career, solid financial profile in assets and income.
my work takes me out of town 3-4 nights a week, so you won't even know i'm living there half the time.
i'm uber respectful of landlord/roommates space, payments and property. i'm drug free and rarely drink. my free time is spent outside running, cycling and hiking.
-pets. ideally, pets allowed. i have two dogs on the weekends and when i'm in town, 8yr-old and a 9-yr-old that are now quite mellow.
