me and my partner teegan, and our small, sweet pup ginger need a place to go! our current building changed management and will be raising rent by nearly twice what we had been paying. getting down to the wire, and really need a place to call home! we are non-smokers, 420 friendly, but do not generally partake ourselves (very, very rarely). we don't party are generally quiet, both have pretty quiet hobbies, and ginger is not a yappy dog. we enjoy netflix, own a kayak, and both have steady work! we are both queer-identified, and would prefer a queer-friendly home :)
